Surge Timing After Workouts

Is it ok to have my Post work out Surge 15-20 mins after i workout or should it be straight away after? what are the time margins?
any responses would be great

15-20 minutes is just fine, usually the window is 45-60 minutes after a workout.

The “Anabolic Window” that many speak of actually lasts for hours post workout. It IS important to replenish glycogen stores and shuttle nutrients into the muscle cells as soon as possible. Why do you have to wait. I mix my Surge, Grow! Whey and creatine coctail before my workout. Then just sip about half during, and finish it at the end.

Why do you include Grow! Whey in your post-workout shake? It has whey concentrate in it and absorbtion and glycogen replenishment is slower than optimal because of it. If you need more calories, you’d be better off adding whey isolate. Save the Grow! Whey for another time if you need to bolster your protein intake.

1/2 during 1/2 after for me. Id go immediately after…combat the nasty effects of cortisol.

come on, jsut take it as soon as you possibly can… and remember, the search function would have turned up shite loads of info on this!
