There’s 25 grams of protein in a single serving (3 scoops) of Surge. If a half-serving of Surge in 16 oz of water (double the recommendation of water) tasted like syrup, say I increased it 24 oz, as you say. Assuming that amount of water is enough to make it drinkable, that means I would have to drink at least 48 oz of liquid. But it’s more likely I’d have to water it down even more than that.
That much would make me sick, after a hard workout. And all for a mere 25 grams of protein.
To say nothing of how much pissing that would cause. I go to work after I work out, I don’t have time to piss every ten minutes.

I had a previous formula with different flavouring which tasted VERY similar to chocolate Surge, but I’m not giving that info away.
My new version has 8g more BCAA’s, some more hydro and less sweetener - I don’t care too much for taste luckily.

I found Surge almost unbearably sweet at first, but now I crave the stuff post-w/o. Give it a week (3-4 servings worth depending on how often you lift). Hopefully it grows on you. for me, 20oz of water + 3 scoops was the right recipe.

I’d figured as much given you are a level 4. And it takes a lot more for me to feel stupid, especially considering this is fucking internet forum. Regardless quit whining. If you tried it before it isn’t much different, and certainly not so much that it’s like “syrup”. That’s retarded.

Is this some sort of geek humor I should find funny? Are you too stupid to see that it says “level 4” under your fucking name? I thought you’ve been on this site for a while? If you had you’d know about the levels.
I’ve always wondered why the label on the bottle says use 16 oz. water per serving while Berardi says in ‘Precision Nutrition’ to use more (24 oz. I believe). I was under the impression he was the one who helped develop the product. More water (24 oz.) made the flavor much better and easier to drink IMO.
