So, what brand of protein powder is everyone using until Metabolic Drive is back in stock?
Just looking for something high quality that tastes really good, price isn’t an issue.

I’ve got a prefrence as to which company makes cheap vanila and chocolate, but I’m not telling (respect to T-Nation).
i usually get strawberry cuz i think its the best, but i got bannana in my last order and i gotta say: wow, damn good :).
Metabolic Drive Banana has become my new favorite, but strawberry is tasty too.
It’s hard to tell what protein is “high quality” and what isn’t.
Until a customer sends in a sample of the protein to an independent lab, supplement companies can put whatever they want on the label and will get away with it until a customer or a FDA person finds out.
A supplement company can say their protein contains this and that, but its hard to tell how much of it is in the product unless it’s labeled. If there is 50mg of something in the protein, it can be put on the label.
Metabolic Drive is NOT out of stock. 40% of the low-carb flavors are OOS, but the majority of it is still available.
Yeah, yeah, I’m being difficult. Deal with it. Truth is, I never want to consume any Metabolic Drive flavor other than chocolate. Call me picky, childish, narrow-minded, whatever–I like and want Chocolate Metabolic Drive, nothing else.
But I’ve been using the Orange, and just ordered some Strawberry. What’s the alternative? Inferior product and maybe gastro-intestinal problems like I experienced pre-Biotest? No thanks.

to buy you will have to go somewhere
else to buy Metabolic Drive and for the most part people perfer choc and or vanilla and the rest are secondary choices and Biotest usually meets the demand, but when it’s not availble
the customer goes elsewhere to get what they need and want they run the risk of loosing that customer due to the lack of.
i know that Biotest makes the best tasting protien on the market, and that what brings me back, taste and cost and alot of the times i cant afford all the time so i buy it when
i can and do so with pleasure and know
what i’m buying.
so when people say that there isnt any thing better the Biotest that is true for the most part and when it isnt availble then you or i have to find a second choice for the second best and ride it out till Metabolic Drive comes back. i think and some others think as well should make an econ whey(5lbs bucket) as a back up when the regular product runs out, and i would be interested in such said product.
maybe Biotest should consider a “Pepsi” challenge and that will change alot of perspective of what is good protein and the the best because some of the public doesnt
know what good taste is or have not
tasted good things and tend to stick with one product without being subjective and giving to experimenting to find the right product and i experiment to compare taste and have
yet to find a product that tastes
better than Metabolic Drive.

Metabolic Drive is my favorite of course. otherwise i like Labrada ProV60. i don’t like EAS or Champion.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t WANT a replacement for Metabolic Drive
e, I’ve tried all flavors and just prefer the vanilla and choc. ;]
I still cant believe that people prefer chocolate… it amazes me. I know everyone has different tastes but wow i thought the strawberry >>> chocolate, and now the bannana just blows the whole thing up. I have NEVER tasted protein powder as good as the bannana, tastes like frickin yoohoo or something (and this is just mixed with WATER)

I use Isopure and apparently it’s one of the highest quality protein powder on the market. It works well and tastes just fine, to me.
Reflex Instant whey, but i believe they are a UK only supplier, their Instant Mass forumla is great, in my opinion it contains barley and probiotics
it’s funny though chocolate and vanilla are my least favorite,
it goes like this
strawberry>banana>orange>chocolate>vanilla.
but really i have no preference, every protein powder i’ve ever had, ever, is fucking delicious.
it’s hard to give me something i dont find tasty.
I have tried every Metabolic Drive flavor and have bought multiple jugs of each. I still like vanilla and chocolate the best, and it isn’t even close. I loved the first couple jugs of banana, but I got tired of it pretty quick. Strawberry tastes very good, but produces a strange burning in my throat.
Orange is good for the occasional change of pace, but I don’t like it enough to use as a staple. I would love to see another flavor that is fruit based. Cookies and cream perhaps.
SAN Infusion is good, too. I love the ingredients and quality. The taste is average at best, but I have only tried chocolate peanut. I know Poliquin says on his website that it is what he uses with his athletes, so I have no doubts about the quality.

The fact that chocolate and vanilla are out of stock does not mean they are the most popular flavors, just that they are out of stock. Those are personally my two least favorite ones and I have no problem with them being out.
