Surge Recovery, Grow!, Metabolic Drive??

Trying to dial in my supplements. I currently have purchased: BCAA’s, Flameout, Metabolic Drive, Grow!, Creatin, Surge Recovery, and Drive Bars.

My Regimine looks a bit like this

Wake up 530 AM: 1 scoop grow, 1-Flame, 3-BCAA, 5g Creatine
730 AM: eggs/cheese breakfast
9 AM: Drive bar/ almonds/craisens
12 PM: lunch lasagna + Fruit + Spinach
2 PM : 3-BCAA, 1-Flame out
4 PM: Drive Bar
6 PM : Dinner
7 PM peri workout : 1 scoop Metabolic Drive, 3-BCAA, 5g Creatine
During : 4-BCAA
After : 3-BCAA 2scoop Surge Recovery, 5g Creatine
10 PM: ABB Mass Gainer 1000 cal 50 g protein
Sleep
Repeat

Just wondering if I need to/should change any of this up. Any critisism or feed back would help. If you need to know any more let me know.

1,000 calories of high GI weight gainer before bed?

I’d rather add more calories throughout the day than have such a huge hit before bed.

Should I drink that in the morning?

Probably post workout.

I wouldn’t recommend drinking it at all unless fat gain is your priority.

You can make a much better weight gain drink with protein powder, oats, fruit, PB, coconut oil, and virtually any other food.

Point taken, rookie mistake, just put’em on craigslist for sale. Sell those buy more Biotest!

I use a Metabolic Drive Complete coctail as my weight gainer. After struggling to put on weight I looked up the Beefcake shake and the PF Growth Factor at a bulk protein shop.

After crunching the numbers I found Metabolic Drive Complete is cheaper, tastes better, and better quality ingredients. At 22$ a tub you can’t beat it, great great product.
