Protein Supplements Advice Please!!!

so i’m trying to get the right combination of protein supplements and such. Right now I’m thinking Metabolic Drive bars, and Metabolic Drive powder.

Also, should I get Classic Grow! or Metabolic Drive. And should I get Surge as a postworkout shake, and use Metabolic Drive as preworkout, and how would the bars fit into this. HELP PLEASE!!

The Metabolic Drive and or Grow! well and the Metabolic Drive bars during any time of the day you need to add a good whack of protein or healthy easy snack.

Do you eat real protein?

Protein supplements are just that. They are a supplement.

If protein powder was superior to food protein, then there would be no need to eat “real” food and we could just chug down protein drinks all day.

Personally, my best gains have come from when I ate more chicken, eggs, and beef.

what do you mean by goals.

i want to gain a lot of mass, but get a lot of strength. I am NOT trying to lose weight

I’d second this one. Think of protein powders as convience protein. Use them when you don’t have time to whip-up a whole-food meal.

I like 'em in the mornings when I can’t fix myself a real breakfast. I usually make-up about 4-5 on Sunday and just grab one each morning.

Goals- The purpose toward which an endeavor is directed; an objective. Basically what do hope to gain from using a protein supplement?

Well then go with Grow! Eat lots and lots and lots and lots of food too, don’t forget that. The Metabolic Drive bars are good snacks too.
