Surge For Teen?

Hey everyone. I was reading up on Surge and I like what I see. With the added BCAA’s Im thinking of getting it.

Here’s some background info:

13yrs old
165lbs
5’6
Training for Football/Powerlifting

Ive been taking SYNTHA-6 right now, that too has added BCAA’s and Ive liked it very much, just looking for a change.

so, would you recomend Surge for someone like me? Does anyone have any experiences with it? Other comments would be appreciated.

Yes it would be a great additon to you or anyone who is traning hard and has there diet in order etc.

I you read the product thread and do a search youll have MORE than enough info to read up on experiences

I think if you’re 13 you’d be better off sticking with protein. You’d be much better off saving all of your money and putting it towards food.

UM?? Sugre is sticking to protein well hydro protein and carbs. I do agree his first priority should be food but if diet is in line Surge is a great addition.

You might want to go with 2/3 of a serving, though,
