Awesome results, iluminatae!!! Give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back.
Ok what is the advantage of Surge over other PWO drinks?
If Surge is really better, I’ll pay for it, but as a student, I can’t really afford to spend any $$ I don’t need to!
Thanks :).
Sniper, don’t fall into the trap of believing that you HAVE to take a PWO drink or HAVE to take protein powder or HAVE to take any given supp.
Work out hard, get plenty of sleep and put your money into good, quality food; chicken breasts, canned salmon, lean ground beef, seafood, fresh veggies, fruit, oatmeal, yams, rice & beans, etc.
If you get off of Cokes and fast food, you’ll do just fine…even without Surge. (ducking & running very, very fast)
Seriously, Surge is an incredibly well-designed and effective product. It does great things for recovery. But it will be there, waiting for you whenever you’re ready.
Okay, I hear a lot of people on this forum take both the surge and the Grow!. So far from this thread I’ve noticed that Surge is best taken through the workout and immediately afterwords. So, when is Grow! supposed to be taken in conjunction with Surge? (Sorry…not trying to hijack this thread).
Excellent stuff! I saw a good increase in muscle gain whiel still losing fat. I weigh about 260 and use two scoops per serving. This is a little less than the recommendations, but still works great.

Grow! is a standard MRP. Surge, on the other hand, is a specifically formulated post-workout drink. So you’d use Grow! more or less wherever you’re currently using some other protein powder, except post-workout when you would want to use Surge instead.
