Has anyone added ALA to surge? If so what were your results? Also, does ALA help creatine to be absorbed or is it the other way around? I can’t find a definite answer as to whether ALA is beneficial or detrimental to creatine uptake.
On one hand I have wondered that myself. On the otherhand I’ve seen the boys here at TMag and Biotest state emphatically not to add ANYTHING and consume it as directed.
