Just know that it will take an hour or so to read it (I’m a slow reader). It’s also a summary of the book, not the book itself. I plan on supporting the original author in the near future though.

Yeah fish oils are great, space them out with your meals throughout the day.
Do your weights first after a light general 5 min warm up. Do cardio after weights or on a separate day. If you do intense or long cardio before weights you won’t lift as good and you need to be lifting when you are fresh.

Take at least 10, take three with each meal and you’ll down 15-20 easily.
Berardi (popular author on this site and nutritional guru of sorts) suggest that you get at least 3-6g of combined EPA/DHA per day, so…
180+120 = 300mg. So you need 10 servings to get 3000mg (3g) or 20 servings to get 6000mg (6g).
Your goal would be to take at least 10 servings per day. Make sense?
