I am a collegiate varsity swimmer, and I am having trouble supplementing my workouts in the pool. We swim 2 hours a day amounting to 6,000-7,000 yards, 5-6 days a week. I am looking for a pre and post workout supplement that will help me recover from these workouts.
All supplements I can find have the goal of building muscle in the gym(quick pumps, heavier lifts), but I cannot find anything for endurance.

These guys are the experts in supplementing endurance athletes. Check their page and articles out.

I wouldn’t go so far to call them experts on supplementation, although they do offer okay basic advice.
Beta-7 is an awesome product for improving athletic performance. Carbolin 19 helps improve VO2. Spike is great, too. And Surge is a must following intense training. I have my athletes use all of these products.
