Supplements: What Do You Take and How Do You Like Them?

I took Imdur for a while, a nitrate based vasodilator which, aside from ridiculous pumps and vascularity also resulted in some downright crazy boners.

The other med, Ranolazine, has a short lived but also ridiculous effect on semen volume. Don’t know what the mechanism of action is, but holy shit. It was downright comical.

No idea on flavor profile. Wife thinks its radioactive.

I personally mix casein and whey mixed with some salt and ovaltine. I also normally take creatine, boron citrate, fish oils, multi vitamins, and I have also used the bison trifecta from the wellness company.

I support the use of creating and have seen pro using up to 10mg per day,personally I am sticking to 5mg per day and didn’t notice any side effect except that there is more water retention around my face area which sucks.The benefit is huge,my workout stamina improve by 10-20% and also my mood also improve when I take them regularly vs when I miss taking them.This is the 2nd most important exercise supplement only ranking below whey protein IMO
