Supplements to prevent liver damage

I was planning on adding some supplements like milk thistle and ALA to my diet while I go on my next cycle. I read that I should use about 200-400mg of milk thistle each day - split in 2 doses, but I’m not sure how much ALA I should take per day. Also, would adding Saw Palmetto be anything worth taking as well?

Add some selenium to the ALA and milk thistle and you should be good to go.
