Post your daily diet.
I mostly eat meats dont have a specific diet
If you don’t have a good diet, supplements are a waste of time and money.
Think about building a house. The diet is like bricks and cement, while supplements are like wallpaper.
Search for “Massive eating,” “Strategic overeating for mass,” and “The pound a week diet.”
Food. At that weight your main problem is just going to be eating. When we say “post your diet” we dont mean “what kinds of food are you eating” we mean “list everything that goes into your mouth in a day, the amounts, the type, the exact kinds”
You are going to want to be eating AT LEAST 2500 calories a day at your weight, most likely 3000+ to start gaining size depending on your metabolism. There are guys on here who eat 5000-6000 cals a day to add mass, granted they weight much more than you… but that is what needs to be done some times. Shoot to gain about 1 pound every 2 weeks and you should make great progress over the next year.
After you are eating to support your weight training effort, THEN you get to add goodies like Carbolin 19 and other things. Protein powders like Grow! and Metabolic Drive are easy ways to add in some calories if that is a problem for your. The Metabolic Drive bars are also killer ways to add calories.
Im trying to do so but at 15 its kinda hard to pick what i eat cause for one i have to eat the school lunch which trust me i know for a fact isnt good and 2 i also have 3 brothers that eat like there is no tomorrow
Besides good old heaping piles of whole food get a good protein powder. Metabolic Drive and or Grow! Premium Quality Whey sold here are my choices. Again, provided you are eating good these will help you pack in calories and protein. No one should ever say “don’t get protein” in their no sup mantra as a good protein powder is food.

Genetic Flash, I’m 155-- a couple years ago I experimented with weight gain (I have the metabolism of a humming bird), after about a year of experimenting around. I found I had to eat 6,500-8,000 calories a day, it was ridiculous. I spent so much money, I lost interest after about 10 months of it. However, at the time I went from 135 - 170. (this was after a surgery though, so I was quite atrophy)
Just eat healthy calories, don’t go to Hardees and buy the double thick burger… though speaking of which, I need to go get some lunch…
