I have just moved to Australia for the next 6 months, and I’m looking for the best site from which to purchase supplements (it would be nice if they carried Biotest, but it’s not an absolute necessity). Yes, I know about Biotest’s

But I also want to buy non-Biotest supplements. I am dismayed to find that even the biggest online stores down here seem to be 2 to 3 times more expensive (!!!) than prices in the US ($4 US for a MRP bar??). For example, http://www.mrsupplement.com.au/ seems to be one of the bigger ones, and their prices are outrageous.
Looking for any recommendations for me on the most cost-effective place to buy my supplements while I’m here in Australia.
You have to accept the fact that prices down here are more expensive than the US. There are probably heaps of threads where I whinge about the prices. I buy Biotest supps from T-Nation. If you buy in bulk (3 month supply) you will save money over buying locally. It will get a bit expensive if you order protein powders from T-Nation due to the weight for postage. I think that customs will get shitty if you order any more than a 3 month supply in an order. The only supp that isnt legal here is HOT-ROX Extreme but some guys have got some in. In my last order I was going to try and get some, but it was out of stock, and guess what, Customs didnt even open my order!
I buy Redback protein powder from mrsuppement as it works out the most cost effective. Just dont buy their Mass XXL as it contains a shit load of soy protein.
Other than that, you are just going to have to pay the Aussie prices.
yeah the prices blow, where in australia are you? find a good store locally i reckon, a few places in melbourne you can pretty regularly get the 8kg tubs of redback for bout 180 or so, cheapest ive gotten is 170, anything else just works out too expensive for me, also if you get redback like helga said look out for soy, make sure you get just whey powder, their complete protein has alot of soy(maybe half?) in it if im not mistaken

To the OP theres a few stores around with reasonable prices [we still get fucked though]. Best bet is either buy in bulk [3-6 month supply] from here, now that they ship to us.
