Supplements for Teens

does anyone know of any good supplements for teens?(under 18) i would hope its safe with minimal side effects. anyone have any success stories or good info they would like to share? i would appreciate your feedback.

Eat a lot of GOOD food. Other than that, a good protein powder and a good multi-vitamin is all you really need. Maybe some creatine, but I would get everything else in order before I did that. You certainly don’t need any steroids or prohormones or anything like that. If you a teenager, your body is churning out plenty of hormones on its own.

I’m working with several athletes now. Mostly soccer players, but some baseball. No special supplements needed and these guys are growing like weeds. By eating right and exercising hard the body at this age will produce more than enough growth hormone and natural T.
I’ve introduce most of these guys to the olympic lifts and the increased muscle mass is amazing.
Oh yes, get plenty of sleep too. Growth is stressful and you need recovery time.
