Supplements for Cardio

Hi everyone, first time posting. I was wondering what would be a good supplement to keep energy up and burn fat while doing just cardio. Running, biking elliptical etc.

HOT-ROX are a great fat burner, you can read more about them here…

If you aren’t looking for a thermogenic and just want an extra boost in energy before cardio you could try the Spike Shooters.

BCAAs are a good idea, especially if you’re doing fasted or long steady state cardio. They protect your muscles somewhat from going catabolic and eating themselves.

Why are you just doing cardio?
How long?
What intensity?

Very new to working out, so I know very little as to what combination of exercises to use. I figured I’d just do cardio to lose the miscellaneous fat then I would do something along the lines of circuit training, or that was my approach at it anyways. I’m open to ideas. As far as intensity goes, I’ve just been sitting on an elliptical for the time being.

egcg green tea extract and caffeine pill preworkout, bump up to HOT-ROX for when dragging ass

I would discourage the approach of “start with some cardio to lose fat, then add weights later” and suggest that you start at least some basic strength training now (even if it’s just some bodyweight exercises and dumbbell work). It will have a better overall effect on your body composition and you’ll start building a base of strength. It will not make you “bulky” - that will be dictated by your diet.

There are many programs available on this site for beginners. Peruse them and pick one that sounds good to you, then do it. Don’t start trying to write your own, or pick one and then change the whole thing around after 4 weeks. The biggest obstacle to progress for some beginners is the unwillingness to pick one thing and stick with it long enough to see progress.
