on days i go an do a complex (such as Cosgrove’s Evil 8, Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION) followed by small muscle exercises (forearms, medial delts, abs), what’s ideal as far as supplements? would it be just like for a normal weigh-lifting workout, but just less?

If I may also ask, if one is to do complexes in the morning, should I be worried about a ‘lack’ of calories prior? I was thinking of merely taking a scoop of whey as a calorie source as a safeguard against hurling chunks during a complex, thoughts?
