I need a bit of a boost at the gym, so i was thinking about starting NO Explode but im not sure. Is NO Explode a good product or should i be looking for something else? 20 yrs old 5’7", about 155-160

More food, more visits to the gym and more rest are usually my first options.
Try caffeine and whey pre workout. The protein will help increase protein synthesis after a workout, and the arginine in whey is more than enough to bring out the natural “pump”. Anything more is excessive. To focus in and lift more weight, try caffeine pills (or Biotest’s Spike), they are VERY cheap and there is a boatload of research.

Couldn’t have said it better myself.
The only thing NO-Xplode did was make me “Xplode” out of my ass.
Might be good for a little “spring cleaning” but that’s about it.
NO Explode sucks; mail me $50 and take a big dump…same effect.
Spike is really cheap and super effective if your looking for a chemical slap in the face before you train.
