Hi, I was wondering what supplements I should be taking daily. I do not take anything at the moment. Could you please specify dosage and Brand? Any info is appreciated.
Why would you need any supplements?
I just figured since I am getting older that I should be supplementing vitamins and other things that I might be lacking.

I would start with the nutrients that are typically low within the population. My starting additional supplementation would be:
- Vitamin D3
- Magnesium
- Omega 3 fatty acids
If you don’t have an exceptional diet, you are very likely lacking the above three. The more research you do, you will likely find additional supplements to add to your list.
