Supplement Stack To Make Gains

i’m sure you’re tired of seeing posts like this one, but i’m gonna ask anyway…

i’ve been on a workout routine for about 3 months and in that time i have lost about 20 pounds…i am 30 and currently 6’1" and weigh 205 pounds…after losing the weight i seem to have hit a wall.

i currently eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day…after workouts i have a protein shake…i take a multi-vitamin…one thing of note, i’m a vegetarian but i eat fish…

i was wondering if you could point me in the right direction for supplements to use during my workout and how to properly stack them…my main goal is to get bigger and look muscular (i used to look big, but in the wrong kind of way)…

i’ve been to the local GNC store but everything i read says they sell overpriced crap…so if you know something from this site or another that i should be using that is much better (and hopefully cheaper) than GNC, please advise…

thanks!

will help.

Number one thing if you already have your whole food nutrition down is a high quality protein powder. Read up on Metabolic Drive Complete and Low-Carb at the store. Surge for post workout and Creatine would be a good addition for to that.

For general health and that will bolster the muscle gain and fat loss we all strive for look at Flameout and REZ-V.

Best thing you can do is read up on the different products here at the T-Nation store so you can know the best time a certain product would be good to use.
