Hello,
4696 is the log of the calories, I say approx cause it was more like 4000 a day making a point to eat the rice and meat, oats, fruits, carbs etc.
As far as active, nothing too out of the ordinary, I feel like maybe I over train, I started recently limiting my sets with warm up to 12-15 max
That is already a significant delta.
Can you post a log of what you actually ate to get those numbers?
meal 1) Egg whites (egg powder) egg yolks (not so much) banana, nat peanut butter, oats, bberries breakfast: 995 cals
meal 2) c breast, jas rice, veggies of choice, apricots or raisins: 820 cals
Meal 3) g beef, jas rice, pineapple (just had fruit) 946 cals
meal 4) c breast , jas rice, olive oil, veggies of choice: 921 cals
meal 5) rice krispies , milk, protein isolate, dried apricot or raisin : 1014 cals
Didn’t follow verbatim , but maybe like i said 3800 to 4k or so cals
The numbers keep changing…
You listed total calories, but not servings of what you were eating to get there. I’m genuinely thinking you had a tracking issue.

I agree. OP, do you weigh your food, or are you eyeballing it or using an app?
I’m a 6’ 4" 265 lb male and eating 4.5 - 5k cals per day was enough to gain over a pound per week - and I hit 20k steps for my job daily.
Also, why cereal as your last meal? I love brinner, but that seems odd.

Do you weigh your food or are you just guessing? You just had like a 1000 calorie day swing.

Hard to give advice when you are not being honest.
You went from 4700 calories to as low as 3800 calories. It is probably lower than that.
Do you weigh your food or are you just guessing?
