LIFE Salmon Oil, capsules, 1000mg, EPA 180mg, DHA 120mg, total omega-3 300mg.
Max, add up the EPA & DHA until you’re getting as much as you’ve decided you want to take. John Berardi recommends 6-10g of EPA/DHA per day. Whatever you take is going to be better than nothing if cost is a consideration.
Folic acid, I recommended in another post 800 mcg per day.

Hey, Maxie! Why don’t you just add a some salmon (yeah, the FOOD!) to your diet as well. Taking in enough to get around 40 or so grams of protein should bump up your EPA/DHA at least another two grams. That way, pop 15 fish oil caps and eat some real food too!
