FYI–Just read about a supplement stack that works synergistically to prevent muscle wasting: L-Arginine 3500 mg, Beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate 1500 mg, Creatine Monohydrate 1500 mg, L-Glutamine 1000 mg, L-Glycine 500 mg, Niacin (as nicotinic acid) 100 mg.
I know HMB has been beat up pretty good, but apparently there are some clinicals showing this stack prevented muscle wasting in HIV patients. Might go well with Methoxy.
