I’m starting the Superhero program, and I was curious:
Do I superset exercises that are listed with the same letter? Some days will have 1 exercise listed as A, then the next is B1, then the next is B2. Do I superset B1 and B2? Also, how long do I rest b/w sets?
If you were writing this Superhero Program today, and not 4 and a half years ago, what would you do differently now that might not have occurred to you then? Would you still stay within the original parameters, or would you change it up completely?
