So in the past year I have been having some medical issues. One of which was that my BP was steadily rising due to some kidney problems. The only things that i changed in my diet were adding the use of Superfood and Met-rx Super greens everyday, and within one month my BP has dropped to lower than it has ever been.
With those 2 additions to my diet I have to chalk up the change to them…who knew-caring about the inside of your body actually matters
I add it to my shake along with L-Glutamine and cinnamon, tastes damn good. I also notice an energy pick up along with a feeling of well being. I think Superfood along with Flameout should be basic staples for those who are interested in improving overall health, along with strength/physique goals.

Interesting…anyone have any insight on why it decreased his fat levels? Also, what’s the deal w/ CoQ10? Also seems like this mystery antioxidant…but how is it that antioxidants translate to lower body fat levels?
I clicked on this thread because I found it interesting to hear you had success with the supplement. I used several jars of Superfood and noticed no benefit. In fact, I actually noticed an increase in the number of little nagging colds/lagging energy when compared to when I took my Ultimate Man Vitamin. That’s why I stopped taking it (Superfood) and went back to my vitamin and things have gone back to normal.
I don’t know if it is individual reactions to what is in Superfood or what? I took it everyday as directed and kept it refrigerated after opening.

I’m sure like w/ everything it affects everyone a lil differently. None of this you see here or put into your body is an exact science because of this. Its and inexact science + art. You find what works for you and what doesnt. Its a fun ride.
I haven’t had a single issue with my asthma since starting Superfood. I don’t have it that bad (never get asthma attacks), but I used to need to use albuterol before going to bed a lot. My lungs would often just tighten up a bit and it would be hard to get to sleep. This is greatly exaggerated by smoking a little pot. However since I started Superfood I don’t notice it anymore, even with the smoking.
I also started a thread a week or two ago about my recent A1C reading (yea I am T1 diabetic too). It was very low, lower than ever actually (5.5). It’s possible Superfood helped me, but I’ve also been gorging nootropics the past 6 months and this could also be effecting it (especially vinpocetine I think).
Additionally I’ve been trying to not eat as much at night to prevent over night hyperglycemia, which I have been somewhat successful at, but I still question if Superfood helped me get it down that low…
If you think about it, it makes sense. Think what your body would do if you
a) removed the presence of life sucking substances from your body.
b) added the natural requirements it needs to function properly and optimally.
I recall my old Biochemistry and Molecular Biology professors swearing by Omega 3 consumption back in the mid 90’s. This was clearly before the rage now. I had an advantage in that I took their advice, while no one else did. My joints, recovery, and well being all improved which was great since I was playing sports in college.
I think Superfood is a great idea, in that it very conveniently allows you to add some of the healthiest foods we have at your disposal. And some of these foods are not readily available here in the US.
