Supercardrives - One More Attempt

I mean I was just sharing my experience, but yes it isn’t something to hold you back.

To me it sounds like an inferiority complex

Not really, I didn’t say that.
I just haven’t seen many (or any so far) skinny-fat people here. Maybe its confirmation bias, I haven’t looked up statistics for this type of stuff.

From tomorrow onwards, these are the macros:

2450 calories/day
220g protein
85g fat
200g carb

Let’s see some PRs hopefully my friends

@supercardrives

Please tell me you not seriously considering taking gear. You dont have anywhere near the base that would make that worth while (personally I think it’s not worth no matter what, but to each their own).

No man, its just me being frustrated
Person selling me gear will think I’m a retard if I tried buying with the current stage I am in.
Besides, its illegal, the closest thing to “gear” I’d consider is TRT if there is some fuck-iness going on there, but I doubt its necessary unless test is below 500 ng/dl

I recommended Deepwater earlier in this thread… I’ll do it again.

12 weeks and it will change legitimately EVERYTHING.

Less fat? Check.
More muscle? Check.
Stronger? Check.
Increased capacity for work? Check.
Increased ability to grind? Check.
Diet guidelines? Check.
Eat to your appetite? Check.

Too good to be true? Nope. Many people on the forums have run it and had the same results.

Edit: and also, it’s a quick fix. 12 weeks of commitment and it’ll change the way you look at lifting if you really put forth some effort.

Can you share a link to this? I’d love to look and see if it can be my next move

You can find it for free in multiple places online. The creators name is Jon Andersen and the program is called deepwater. Just search his name in google.i recommend reading the book from front to back to really understand what it’s about.

Nice, I’ll look further into.
Ideally for my next one I’m looking for something where I can bench more frequently (2-3x per week).
It’s quite evident that it takes me much more time to progress in these exercises, I feel esp with just one a week I’m spending too much time not progressing.

Because consider the current situation.

I hit 145, sure thats great
next session fail 150, back down to 145
succeed with 145, great
fail again with 150, down again to 145
succeed with 145
succeed with 150 finally.

So this took 6 weeks just to move up 5 lbs, rather than if I could bench say 3x per week, this optimistically could be done in 2-3 weeks with the same number of sessions in my mind. What do ya think?

You know what, quit thinking about what you’re gonna run in the future just focus on your current program now.

I am of course. I am always thinking about current, future and past; its both a good and bad quality of mine.

Enough questions and thinking, I want to see more doing. Quit whining, bump up the calories, train, and eat. Film your squat and deadlift the next time you do them and post a video on here via YouTube or whatever. Once again, NO more whining, please. You will make fucking progress dude just be patient.

Alright man I agree, no more whining. I feel whining itself makes me more frustrated.

I am doing this in my diet now:
2450 calories/day
220g protein
85g fat
200g carb

/Maybe drop a little bit of protein and increase carbs once in a while since its well over 1x bodyweight.

NO, keep it as it is and see what happens. Enough screwing around okay.

Alright coach :+1:
Optimistic for this one.

If it’s any consolation, I think you’re pretty cool. :+1:

Thanks @SkyzykS! Likewise, I think your log proves you’re an alpha male of sorts! Great fun to read. I also adore your attitude considering medical background.

To be honest, it was a mis-spelling due to the language barrier. It was supposed to say: I have yet to see anyone get the kind of support you are given here. LOL

That’s HIIT - not HIT. I do recommend (again) you check out “Killing fat” by Ellington Darden, a great book with a program anyone can follow. The intensity is in prolonged sets with an emphasize on negatives (30 sec negative + 10 regular reps + 30 sec negative). Burns fat and build muscle. Adjusted through macros.

Deep water is an advanced program for the experienced lifter. Even if you could do it, my question is whether you should?

I beg to differ. I am far from an experienced lifter (3 years lifting compared to his 7). I think anyone can make progress using it as long as they follow the program.

I will say… I suggest it not only for the muscle gains/diet etc… but because it slaps you across the face and makes you work harder than you ever have before.
