I currently have two goals:
- increase my vertical jump (build up the squat)
- build more muscle mass
Do you feel like the Super Soldier Program would be a good fit to get stronger and more athletic providing I add some plyos 2x a week?

Totally man! Thatās a huge part of the design! The flexibility within the program to move around some of the parts to fit your needs. Once you get it youāll see how you could easily replace out some of the conditioning components with your plyos. 100%.
