Sevens is an awesome sport, by far the sport that requires the most athleticism/fitness.

haven’t got Sky Sports anymore, I just watch the clips online! The athleticism of the forwards puts the Northern hemisphere sides to shame.
Sevens is great, but it isn’t a multi-dimensional game like full XV rugby is. The appeal of full XV is that there is a place for everyone, from the big stocky guys to the little whippets. Super 15 is great because all of those guys have top quality skills and great game sense that makes for exciting games. Shits all over the English Premiership and the Celtic League.
