Sumo Deadlift Form Check

Back feels perfectly fine now. The month and a half off seems to have really done the job. I’ll have a video this friday I guess of my first time back lol

I’m resurrecting this thread as a working log of the progression of my form and to hopefully have the same guys that gave me insight on my form before, to see if it’s gotten any better.

In the following video, my workout (today) consisted of:

My weight currently is 144.7 lbs.

I hit 500 the week of december 14th, but hitched it like a motherfucker - was not clean at all. I’m hoping to hit 500 clean by summer so when I start competing then, I’ll set myself up well competition recordwise? I don’t know what the current raw records in squat/bench/deadlift are for 148. I’m 20 yrs. old so I have plenty fo time to get into those I guess. Anyways let me know what you guys think.
