Coach if I wanted to focus on the 4 big lifts (bench, squat, press, deadlift) where would you add some 400m sprints similar to your running man article?
Where would u suggest doing these 1 or 2 days a week if wanting to get shredded for summer?
My current training is…
Overhead press- Monday Squat- Tuesday Bench- Thursday Deadlift- Saturday

Ideally same days as lower body work if you can manage two-a-days
