I suppose everyone is different. Perhaps I was too gassed from my previous set at the time.

My grip is always the first thing to go, even with straps; my sets are usually for 8-12 reps.
I suppose it depends how much higher the handle is. The 2 inches or so doesnāt seem to make all that much of a difference regarding how long it takes for my grip to give way.
It depends on what you want out of the sleeves. Mine I donāt even know what they are, but I wasnāt going for getting a bit more on my squat out of them. I just wanted a slight compression and the warmth. If you have never worn neoprene sleeves, it is like your knees are in a steam room, they are hot almost.
If you want to add a bit to your squat a tight fitting SBD brand sleeve is kinda the gold standard, and what most high level powerlifters are using. They are a bit more money (I think about $80, mine were $30 off of amazon). The downside is when you go so tight you almost need to lower them to your ankles between sets. Kinda a pain in the ass.
Are your hands big enough to hook grip? I can hold a lot of weight with hook. It really hurts though when you are learning how to do it.

Might or might not work. Worked for me, but I do know others who didnāt get any reduction in pain using sleeves.
Yes, though the grip/amount of coverage I get over the bar pales in comparison to someone who is like 6 foot. Itās interesting as I have big(ish) feet, but my glove size is typically a small.
Iām not a fan of hook grip due to the potential for long term muscular imbalance as I have a preference over which hand goes over/under

Can you not buy clothes off the internet using Amazon or Facebook? There are quite a few online clothing stores that tailor clothes for bodybuilders. Just stay away from the china sites a XXXL= a US medium. Talk about small people.

Blasting with a big Tren booster for 2 + years is not normal. Well unless you are a high-end bouncer or bodyguard.

I wish I could help with all the strength tips but I canāt so I wonāt however I know these guys and they are smart. I really think they can help you in your new goals. I have tried but never had any luck, as i am tall, and also wide in shoulders, but also tight in mid-section. I really have to try stuff on to see if it looks at least a bit ok. I mean, if i dont care for look, i can just wear grappling gear and look like a clown, at least it fits.
Clothes look weird on me if they are too wide in the mid. I ordered T-Shirts from US, as my country is closed for a year due Covid, and even tho their lenght was ok(i got XXL US standard) it was still ok in the shoulders but mid-section was twice as wide, arems were almost over my elbows but neck was so tight i barelly got my head through, so i had to cut them all into tank tops and whatnot(i have done this before so i have cardboard templates) and now they are ok, but its just a t-shirt for summer. Pants and anything else wouldnt be fixable. I have never had any luck with clothes online.

I did tren a lot cuz i never had much problems with it, and also i had a Tinder-whore phase in my life so being contest lean really helps with selfies and getting chicks easy. Now that is over, i enjoy the extra 40lbs and i focus on strenght, but reading stuff on this forums just made me think⦠First thing i started to lower the AI as i dig the concept of āif you dont feel like you need to lower e2 dont take AIā.
And going by same principle, i want to slowly come off tren and after that - reduce all the dosages, as i believe i have enough size as it is, and i can get stronger without growing much size.
I do only stuff im interested in - now its e2, as it is a bit on a low side and that could let me use more test and maybe lower EQ.
I wont do complete bloods as they wont be good and i wont be doing anything to fix that anyway. I plan on playing with stuff till about september, and then slowly come off, and around december i might start to care about complete bloods and how to fix em, and i will be asking about that here at that point.
Yes, i will update everyone in 1-2 days as soon as my e2 bloods come back and i adjust the dosages of stuff.
Hook grip is double overhand with thumbs tucked. No muscle imbalance. I think you are thinking of mixed grip. Hook grip is what oly lifters use. It hurts the thumbs though, especially with deadlift weight.

Mostly to strenght only sets that count are over 60%(at least 8resps) and that is to deload or start new block. What really counts the most is 70-90 percent. As for me squat 2 a week , 2-3 bench and 1-2 deadliftā¦
The goal here is to build muscle but mostly adapt, peak the body to strenght so start easy at 60% add 2.5% weekly and when you get to 80% this is where it counts 5x5 3x8,8x3 etc etc. Increase weights and keep volume(cut it only when you jump to go extra heavy) SLOWLY till you get past 90percents and you start to feel burn out⦠then calculate new maxes and repeat from begining.
Personally I do not do less than 3reps.
I am natty(thx to guys that gave me advice here that I am not ready to cycle) so I cut almost all extra stuff. Still do some heavy back and arm bb stuff and semi heavy volume for shoulders- and really improved my programming.
It takes time ⦠personally my calc maxes are about 240 S(3x3x220best), 260(5x240) D 185(3x3x170)B , I weight at 115kg⦠around 25%bf 183cm⦠raw with wraps.
Also find form that suits you and do not do lunges or any other stuff if it hurts your joints. Joints need to be healthy and pain free as far as possible to go heavy on main lifts.
Assuming kgs for the lifts, you are basically were I am strength wise. I have done for SBD raw with wraps 230, 175 and 272.5 @ 93 kg.
Thatās pretty stout for a lifetime all natural guy. Now work on body composition and you could be pretty competitive in local and state PL comps.
Actually youād probably be competitive at your current weight with those lifts, but better body composition is always better
I dont want to go off topic but I would go to comp. only to win or be in the top 3 and to that I need 800kg total and moreš but so far cca 4years lifting so I am happy. And I am well aware that it would be better to be at 105kg and leaner but I do not have optimal sleep and work conditionsš but I am trying slowly go down. But to the topic it is possible that my advice is not optimal for enhanced lifter but I believe basic are as I stated and most basic is hard work and planning workouts and add weight to the bar over time and know when to deload etc.
Do you think professional sports players start out playing professionally or do they start at lower levels and work their way up to pro? 800 kg total at 105kg is definitely well above average
You may never compete if this is your approach. I know a 205 lifter approaching 800kgs drug tested (has totaled 775 kg, but his gym lifts seem to be going up) . In his last meet, it didnāt go well for him (he totaled 755), and ended up in 16th in his weight class. Some strong MFers out there.
It all depends on the meet. I have won my weight class before, but even winning a local meet can be very tough depending on the meet. Sometimes the local meets have big lifters at them.
Ok guys, back to MY original topic.
Here is an update :
So, first things im noticing is that i lost around 2kg(5-6lbs) of weight, but thats ok as i do look leaner. I did cut my kcals a bit, just by taking away my morning mini-pizzas as i never wanted them anyway. If i feel like eating i eat more, but somedays if i dont i just dont stuff myself as i plan on sticking to around 260lbs now and thats where i am at approx, after losing a bit of weight.
So my first bloods un starting dosages were this :
Im not a fan of low e2, so i wanted to get it higher - at least a double. If i dont use AI or EQ, my e2 is pretty high, so i think its normal for mine to be at least a bit over the normal ranges, because now i feel a bit flat, and its harder to get a pump, etc.
So as my e2 is this low, i frontloaded a 500mg of test, and changed my dosages to :
250 test, 250 eq, 200mast E3D and 4iu GH. As i tought i can do more test, since my e2 is so low, and going from EOD to E3D injections i would lower my mast and eq total weekly dosage.
A week later, i did bloods again, and heeere we go :
1)My test is 40% DOWN even tho i have taken like a gram of test total this week more than usual.
2)My GH is around the same on 4iu as it was on 2iu
3)My e2 hasnt moved much,
Ok, i know that 1 week is not enough for big changes but test should not have dropped, e2 could have been at least 5 points higher, and GH should have risen a lot.
So i would love for people to comment on this.
Also, i have encountered this problem with test - every time i take 250mg eod or e3d my test levels vary from 30 to 300⦠yes⦠same dosage, same test(same happens with different brands) - it can 30 on day, 70 other⦠sometimes its 30 on day, 300 like 5 days later.

My test was 70 for a while and pretty stable when i took 125mg EOD, but now i take 4 times more and its doing that shit again when its 30-300 every day, for god knows what reason.
Aaaaanyways - i will read what smart people think and decide what to do next.
My main question is - if my test shows lower on 600mg a week than it does on 350mg a week, should i just do 350mg a week or could that just be some idiotic error thats happening only to me?
Also, what about GH? Like wtf?
I was about to swear i am losing lots of fat due to GH, cuz 2 weeks ago i had fat in my lower abs where i could inject it, but now there is almost none, but that could also be water loss due to e2 that by now is lowest i have had in my life.
I will probably drop half of the EQ because i want my e2 to be around 40 at least, but im not sure what to do with test, and what to think of these test results.

Yes, but as i mentioned - this shit happens to me all the time, and with different brands/same vials etc.
Even if this stuff i took was completely empty, why wold my test drop 40% in like 6 daysā¦Also, i only frontloaded 2 cc of new package, but the next day when was my actual injection i did the same stuff i used before when it was all stable. So even if the new would be water, i still did SAME stuff later and also - twice as much.
If we assume your gear is consistent, then I would think the lab that does your blood work is somehow screwing up the test. Injecting a gram of test should certainly make you Total T go up.
Unless you are not injecting the Test into fat or muscle, I donāt think anyoneās body could take a gram and have Total T go down over the span of a week.
As i said this happens to me all the time so i have tried different brands, i also even got mad at my steroid guy about this - he even gave me free 10ml vials of different stuff to try etc⦠my test can be 30 one week and 300 next week and then 35 the week after that on SAME dosages.
I have also tried different injection sites etc - i mostly do glutes or quads but its the same problem no matter where i do the injection.
I also have came to a conclusion that i have no point to check my T levels as they are so random that it might be the lab.
Idk, maybe i should try different lab?
