No, i only started gaining weight less than a year ago and strenght become an interest of mine maybe year and a half ago… I have been doing all sorts of physical tests and requirements for this and that my entire life - running, 4min plank, all the military tests and that - i am completely done with that.
I do not plan on going into permanent HRT or stopping my strenght pursuit as i am barelly halfway where i want to be.
My lowest goals are 300kg dead, 250kg squat, 200kg bench and 150kg OHP.
I decided that my years of 30-40 will be my biggest and strongest years so i am only just starting to gain strenght and weight.
I am just droping the idea of permablast and looking into A LITTLE BIT health only SO I CAN become better for the next 10 years and maybe not drop dead at 42.
I plan to get down to cruise, not HRT, as i think i have learned the difference between the two and HRT is not something i will be doing as long as my health allows me not to. I will probably also stick to a highest range of cruise once i get there, but from then on, i will be doing blasts, and a lot of them during next 10 years if my health allows me to.
What im doing is trying to minimize the damage and also looking for the lowest doses i can still progress on, just to be able to do all this longer.
I am looking at Stan Efferding or Mark Felix for inspiration.
I will probably be gaining weight sometime, not losing it. I believe my life has just started - i just want to do it better if its possible.
So my bloods came back on 400mg test and 150mg EQ a wk.
My test is 67 ng/ml
My e2 is 33.7 pg/ml
I think of dropping the EQ maybe, and see how my e2 is then? I dont mind my e2 being around 50-60 pg/ml… what do u ppl think? could i drop EQ and maybe live with no AI at all, on 400mg of test a wk, and my e2 would be 50-60?
what would be better for health and longevity :
1)100-150mg of EQ a wk to control e2?
2)some anastrozole to control e2?
3)if my e2 is around 60pg/ml just leave it and live with it(not prone to any sides)?
I would drop the EQ, and see if you get any sides with number 3. If not, good to go. If you do get sides, see how much AI you need by starting really low, until you don’t have sides. If you need a lot of AI (north of 1 mg/wk), then consider EQ to lower it, or consider a lower Test dose for cruise.
Kinda surprised this isn’t higher on 400mg T. As for your e2, I’d bet you can get away with option 3. If not, a tiny dose of AI (.25mg/week) isn’t going to hurt you long term. But how are you feeling?
My lab shows screwy results on test. I have had 30 and i have had 270 within 10 days on same dose of same vial. Around 70 is ok on a normal dose, i just read it as “normal”. It can show 30 or 100 any day.
Martial arts + weights is working out so far, though it’s extremely taxing.
I’ve been eating a looooooooooooooooot to compensate for the increased daily energy expenditure + exercise.
I’m doing 5/3/1 BBB
I’ve actually put on 1kg of what probably isn’t muscle. As of this morning I’m sitting at 172lbs (taken not clothed). I’m very short, this is considered heavy for someone my height.
Strength gains are still being made, though they’re coming at a slower pace (i.e adding 1.25kg every week to every other week on my sets during bench press as opposed to 2.5kg.)
Have a nasty case of tennis elbow in… Both elbows and rotator cuff strain is irritating me.
IME, do some sort of substitute exercises for whatever is causing this for the time being. I’ve been stubborn before, and had it for months. Once you have it, it seems to come back easier.
It might be caused by punching stuff, and then its not technically tennis elbow even tho it feels like one. Cant really fix that tho. I have had problems with my elbows for 10+ years and i have tried everything.
@unreal24278 If I did not already know your position on peptides and SARMs I would have suggested BPC-157 site injections. This peptide has worked wonders on my tennis elbow from too many hammer curls.
On your rotator cuff strain. Are you warming your shoulders up? Doing any small band work to help those rotator cuff muscles? A 3rd suggestion is have someone check your form so there are no impingement issues.
I have nothing against most peptides aside from the lack of research/known ramifications long term. Bpc-157/tb-500 don’t have a whole lot of human data to go by but anecdotally I think they work pretty well.
Wow man. Why the harsh harsh attack? Feel free to correct me, but at least give me an intelligent response. I cited my source on this and @rusty_hammer came back with a great response, which I’m sure both me and the community appreciated. Feel free to post some literature around how using a belt prevents injury.
why do construction workers or heavy lifters at a job where a back brace or a belt ? I dont have to go get literature …
why do you think in world powerlifting meets contestants where belts ? do you really think its to do more weight lol cmon dude im harsh because i cant believe ppl actually believe some of the things they post
Some progressive clinics in the US are not waiting on more rat or human studies.
They are offering treatments. Do I need this service? No, I can do it all myself and I have with great success. Here is hoping you can find some quality BPC-157 in the land down under. You won’t be sorry. https://yuniquemedical.com/bpc-157-dosage-2/
Sorry Hank I don’t mean to de-rail your Tren thread with this peptide post. I hope you are doing well coming off all the heavy drugs. It is time to clean up. Did you catch Seth Feroce’s video on quitting? You should watch it. Lots of great advice there. https://youtu.be/b39Q_tDXnK0
