Do running suicides, doing plyometrics, doing agility drills, and playing basketball count as HIIT?
Are these things forms of HIIT? If I do these things on a regular basis, do I have a need for HIIT?
Thanks.

Sure a form I imagine if you are going BALLS out for short sessions and longer session of lower intensity.
