Suggestions for Transition Phase Meals

While I have searched for the articles on the transition phase meals, I did not find much. I would like to know if there are any suggestions on what to eat during the transition phase of the V-Diet.

Also, is there anyone out there who has fully completed the V-Diet and is still drinking the Shakes to maintain there weight along with other meals.

From the article Velocity Diet for Women:

Transitioning Off the V-Diet

"After 28 days, begin to add back in solid, healthy meals. You may want to have one solid meal per day for the first week, then two or three solid meals a day for the second week of the transition phase.

In other words, you’ll continue to have a few shakes per day for a couple of weeks as you add back in solid meals."

I believe the suggestion is solid, healthy meals. That should be all you need to know. Unless you can’t figure out what is solid or healthy. ; )

oh yes most def I can cueball but I’m just satin should it be low carb? Can I Add Cardio into my work out ? Or just keep it at NEPA and weight train?
