Coming Off the V-Diet

Today marks the end of day 22 of my four weeks, and I figure I need a plan for coming off that’s more specific than not only drinking shakes any more. I’ve got my Precision Nutrition stuff and will be reviewing that over the course of the week, but I’d like to hear from people who have successfully made the transition. What did you do that worked, and what would you recommend avoiding?

I just switched right to solid foods. I only ate 300-500 calories more a day, since your metabolism will be slow. After that week, I slowly edged back to maintanence.

Don’t go carb crazy.

I stuck with shakes for half my meals and solid food for the other half for the two weeks in my transition and only gained the 5 lb average others have reported.
