get your carbs in first three meals,and fats in last meals.that i know,but what about sugars?whats the best time to eat fruits and honey?
On non-workout days that is a great split, (early = 3 P + C meals, and later 3 P + F meals). But on workout days, the time of the day you workout dictates when you will/should get in your P + C and P + F meals. If I were to workout at 6 pm, then I am still gonna get my Surge in post-workout…see what I am saying? And I’d say low GI fruits are fine regardless of when you eat them, (possible exception, if you are on a strict cutting cycle). Read Cy Willson’s “Forbidden Fruit” article, this will help clear the fruit “debate” up for you.
