Success With Pull-Overs?

Does anybody use this exercise with any success? Does it just work your serratus or do your pecs get any benefit too?

I think it works! I’ve been using them for quite awhile, and it seems to isolate the inner pecs. Great for shaping (whatever that is)

Try em from a full stretch with a cable and decline bench.
