So I made my trip back home for the holidays yesterday. Remembered my Flameouts, Alpha Males, HOT-ROX, etc. but you know what I forgot? SURGE!!!
So I guess I need a new source of fast, simple carbs (preferably cheap) for pre-workout. I know some people talk about Dextrose a bunch or Maltodextrin for carbs, are they the way to go for 2-3 weeks? What kind of dosing would I use to temporarily replace the 2 scoops of Surge I usually take?
