Hey CT I’m doing the undulating periodazition routine from thibarmy. On the forearm/glute day I’m looking for a sub for low handle prowler push that I can do at a commercial gym when I don’t have access to a prowler. I travel for my job and it’s pretty common for me to not have a prowler available so

Is that decent or would you recommend another substitute?
Use a bike with a manual resistance crank.
