Guys I really need help putting together a Quad workout. I do hams on a separate day.
There are a few problems though, the main problem is I have no squat rack.
I’ve been doing bar hacksquats but I’m dropping them for a while as its been irritating an old shoulder injury.
So the exercises I’m stuck with are, bulgarian squats, single leg squats, leg press and leg extensions and i really dont want to use the last 2!
I was thinking about trying superslow eccentric, explosive concentric/jumping squats with 135lbs. I think I should be safe enough with out a rack.
Any workout ideas would really be appreciated. I normally do 7 sets.
Hit those hams…GH raises.
lunges or one legged squats
i’m still sore from those suckers on sunday!

what about sissy squats or wall sits.
split squats, static lunges, walking lunges, low cable split squats, step ups, db squats, 1 1/4 heels elevated squats…

Walking lunges with dumbbells on your shoulders work great for me. 60lbs on each shoulder, 10 steps down my driveway and 10 steps back up.

Try jumping lunges alternating between each leg. And also buy a squat rack or start cleaning the weight up and doing squats from there.
