Before gear 3 years… 1 year cutting! I’m eating around 2500 c and 230 g protien!

If you aren’t gaining weight at 2500 calories, you need more calories. Lifting and weight is easy man. Just go pick shit up a few times a week and eat more to gain weight/less to lose weight.
If you are hell bent on using gear but know nothing about training or diet first, you are doomed.
