Stubborn Weight Loss in Client/Partner

Hi all, hoping to get some light shed on a situation I have with a client who is also my partner.
She is 5ft7", 152lbs as of this morning. Trains well 3 times a week with a PPL plan that she enjoys and she trains pretty hard. Food is currently set into a meal plan and she is rigid to it, calories are currently 1470 from direct with trace uncounted. steps are around 6-7k a day and we are restricted on time for any more. How would you go about inducing further weight loss?

EDIT: Went through trace and adjusted, we are now moving in the right direction. Thanks for those that gave helpful advice.

No, but out of curiousity, why?

I’d probably start counting trace calories. You’ll likely end up closer to 1600, which is plenty to take her out of a deficit at 152 because metabolisms are cruel and unjust.

No offense intended but what kind of coach are you? This is at least the second thread you are asking coaching advice on.
Is she carrying a bunch of extra fat or just thick and muscular?

As someone who frequents sub-5 hour nights, and still makes time for cardio (walking), I find this very hard to believe.

Y’all can’t find time to go on a 30 minute walk? You can’t park at the far end of the parking lot? Walk to the far restroom at work?

What are her macros?
How many hours per week is her heart rate above 115bpm?

Oh, and you’re probably aware that trying to be your partner’s trainer isn’t going to work. If you’ve got a great personal trainer, you probably don’t like them all that much because the truth hurts feelings.
