So I should run an LP then go back to Rhodes? You said since I progressed on Rhodes to run it again with my top numbers as my new TM. Also how do you make it opposite on something like 5/3/1

Yeah, use Rhoades again. I’m glad you saw the part about using your recent top sets as your new training max. That way we won’t have to talk about the 7th week protocol.
And for the “opposite”, sometime in the future, when you get bored, use a 5/3/1 template with (+) sets instead of 5s progression for awhile and see if it works. But keep track of your progress so you know if it works or not.

great thanks for clearing that up. I am planning on running rhodes for another 3 cycles then see what to do next. Might go to a classic 5/3/1 with FSL sets
