Struggle with Adding Mass

Hi guys and girls, newbie to the forum here, Im aged 23 and im finding a struggle with putting on size (bulking up). This is what ive done over the last 2 years.

Been on meny steroid cycles and got water retention and blown up on the gear and loose all gains from size but dont loose much strength?

i have always hated the size of my wrists and forearms on and off gear dont grow much, but im happy with the size of my chest biggest asset id say i have.

so im 5,11 around 12stone at the moment but i normally sit around 11.8lb

I used to smoke abit of cannibas everyday and i thought that was where i was loosing gains from coming off the gear. ( possibly crash from the gear and dropping test from smoking the cannibas, so i stopped smoking in the day and started eating healthy, only smoked after 8 9pm and only a couple of bongs before bed but i wouldnt eat once id smoked because i lost apeptite.

Now i have giving the smoking completely up only been a week and my taste is coming back for food but im an ectomoph and still dont feel im eating enough its feels like i eat as much as i can and i even force the food down which is discomforting but must be done but sometimes my stomach feels it isnt as fall as it should be very werid stuff i know but any help would be great also im eating 5 to 6 meals a day and training 5 out of 7days a week.
this is my rough size was taken a while back when on test 350.

If you look like that after many steroid cycles, I think you seriously need to reevaluate your training and eating.

If not troll, you have some serious issues and apparently aren’t even trying.

well the thing is i look good when im on the gear and i do train hard, its just from when i smoked cannibas and coming off the juice i fell less active and give up with the gym and now im not smoking do i try another cycle and pct and see if i can hold the gains?? heres a picture of me on test and d-bol i think the previous pic was w2 weeks after coming off gear sorry.

So you were taking steroids and not eating…

You see the problem here right?

on gear

I was eating, i know you have to eat to grow thats common sense, i said i was having 5 to 6 meals a day which should be enough. breakfast big bowl of porridge, 2nd meal protein shake and a banana 3rd meal bowl of pasta with 1 slice of wholemeal bread, pre workout meal steak and 2 sweet potatos mashed, post workout meal carnivor shake and half hour to an hour later 4 egg whites and 2 with yoke, dinner veg and meat balanced meal would be variuos foods. and sometimes cereal or cheese and biscuits before bed and maybe another carnivor shake 30min brfore bed not every night though?

Should be enough and is enough are two different things. You obviously aren’t eating enough. What you’re eating is about the amount of food I might have when cutting down and I’m not someone particularly huge. Double the quantity. Still not gaining? Eat more. It’s that simple. If you’re not gaining (and trying to), you’re simply not eating enough - it doesn’t matter if you’re having 12 meals a day, if you’re still not gaining you’re not eating enough.

You’re losing your gains coming off cycle because your PCT most likely sucks in addition to your training and nutrition sucking.

ah all around im sucking atm, okay well thanks anyway guys i’ll get eating more and train harder and for ptc i never done one in my life that was a big mistake i guess. thanks for the advice.

your diet is a big problem. you need a lot more protein. your first meal of the day has no protein. 3rd meal has no protein. 1st food meal after workout has low amount of protein. most of your protein is coming in liquid form and not enough of it. remember the minimum amount of protein is 1 gram per pound of body weight.

In your first two meals of the day you have only what 30 grams of protein in there?

3rd meal has no protein at all only carbs

pre-workout I wouldn’t choose steak, I would go with something like chicken, fish, egg whites, anything that will get through your system faster than steak. Save the steak for dinner.

Your diet is all over the place, get that ironed out first because until you do no supplement, vial, or needle will help you.

Okay can would anyone mind helping me with a diet plan??

I eat something like this; normally 7 meals a day, never really got in to eating during the night prefer to sleep! Hope this helps
1st Porridge and protein powder with handful of mixed nuts
2nd Brown rice, Chicken (or any meat or fish really) Green veg +Olive oil
3rd as above
Pre work out as above or substitute rice for potato (1hr-2hrs before ish)
Immediate to work out, I might also have a shake
Post work out shake with glucose (if the shake is carb free)
2nd post work out meal as (no2)
4th as number 2
5th as number 2
6th cottage cheese (I put protein powder in it as I cannot stand plain cottage cheese, also some more mixed nuts)

Brown rice can be swapped for.
Oats
Potatoes (normal or sweet)
Wholemeal pita

Chicken can be swapped for
Eggs whole
Turkey (mince, diced, steak)
Steak
Any fish
Gammon

Good fats are eggs, olive oil nuts and udos if you wish to supplement ,I eat 6-12 whole eggs everyday so don?t bother. No brain no gain (Steve reeves)

Eat big and train hard. Both have to be consistent. Educate yourself a bit more on training and diet before you start putting that crap in your body.

First off “loose” does not mean “lose” they are different words, please read a book.

Did bother lifting on your cycles or just get high?

Not that I am a doctor, but I don’t think you’re in the right area of thought placing blame on the cannabis causing negative effects on your training. Usually cannabis makes people eat more. This should be beneficial.
Also, you might spend some time on your mental health. Read an article or book or two on the mind-body connection. That should clear some things up for you. You seem to have a lot of things that are “off” with yourself and your life.
Everything is connected. You can’t expect to be making tremendous gains in the gym, if you are crashing and burning in every other area of your life.
Think about it.

X2

this thread is just fucked up on so many levels

I think perhaps your test is olive oil and your dbol sugsr pills. And as far as smoking, I know a few lifters whose sole reason for starting up was to eat more.

If you don’t like eating, add in two shakes made of 50g of whey, a couple tbsp of peanut butter, and a 1/2 cup of dry oats blended with milk. It’s cheap and simple and quality calories.

Your brain uses 60% of the energy you consume when at rest. Understand that anything less then mental tranquility will absolutely kill your results. Just decide the foods that you are gonna eat and eat them, figure out your workouts, go ahead and do it, then stop thinking about it all once you leave the gym. Don’t even come on this site and discuss things. Don’t even think about working out. Believe what you choose is working. If you deviate a little don’t think anything of it just get back on track. Leaving your mind wandering and being unsure of you plan will only cause a bunch of tension that will eat up the extra energy you are trying to provide your muscles. It doesn’t matter if you take all the hormones in the world if your mind is working against you. Plan, execute, and then enjoy the other aspects of your life. This isn’t your career.

And stop smoking for good, it constricts your blood vessels. One of the main goals of muscle building is to increase the number of new capillaries by striving for a pump. You can increase the size of muscle fibers and sarcoplasm as well but only to a certain point. However you can create many new capillaries and more capillaries equals more muscle size. Not only that but your lowering the amount of blood that is actually repairing the muscle after you damage it in the workout. Stop constricting them constantly if your goal is muscle size
