Strossens 20 Rep Qquats

i realize this workout has been discussed recently in other posts, but i am interested in hearing what supplementary excercises you guys used. a few sample workouts i found recommend doing 1-2 sets for chest and back of around 10 reps, three times a week. im not sure if this is enough volume?

what did some of u other guys use? lookin forward to tryin the program as my legs are def my weak point

Save your effort for the squats. A couple sets of chins or rows and benches or dips is plenty. You do have to eat. if you are worried about having striations in your levator labii superioris alaequa nasi you have picked the wrong program.

6 weeks of ass busting on the 20 rep squats, eating right and sleeping followed by a higher volume, low rep power cycle works wonder for most.
