Strongman Log!

1/22/14

Strict overhead press for fun after work
145x2
185x3
205x2
235x1 very very easy, could have done this for 5-7 if I wanted to
260x1 ties a PR, pretty easy too
275x1 15lb PR, and it was after pressing hard two days prior.
285xf lol

I am definitely very strong at the moment. That’s a deadlift PR and a SOHP PR in a 2 week window. Resting up the rest of this week, yoke planned for sometime this weekend, and then things shall get interesting!

Are you fucking kidding me bro? God dammit.

lol your collective responses are oh so flattering.

600 dead, 300 SOHP before 2015?

Mine was meant to flatter, however I believe Quincy’s was meant to call out your mathematics.

I caught that when I woke up this morning. I was like fuck I gotta change it before they notice!!!

Jlabs is now crying in a corner like a bitch! You overhead press more than I bench, I should check out! wahhhhhhh!

lol
650+ dead for me. I’d like 300 too. We’ll see.

Move to NC we’ll be friendbrothers. We can lift objects that are really heavy for normal people and also to eventually deadlift up to 880 goodass pounds.

Probably going to start a new log some time soon. I think it’s modest to say I would like to get to nationals this year, so I starting fresh with a new log will set the mood lol. Oh, and plus I never had a cool hip log title like all my T-Nation buddies do.

For anybody who hasn’t already switched over to my new log, check it out: Road to NAS Nationals 14' (LW <231/105k) - Training Logs - Forums - T Nation
