Strongman Log!

Did a 205 sandbag press impromptu, pretty irresponsible considering I felt something pop in the palm of my hand (?), but oh well hahahahaha, it was worth it because it just further exemplifies my competence to clean and press a 200lb mountain lion.

Also, I have just fecund poison ivy/oak all over my body from being a badass. It’s partly cool with me though, because when I take a hot shower, it makes my body feel like a thousand penises and vaginas orgasming at the same time.

Hand is better, and I’m feeling my hamstrings and lower back becoming stronger and healthier for once. Home stretch soon! Pretty excited about training, even if it means I’ve gotta check my ego.

I know nothing about the company lol. I will say that a 12" log will get you strong as fuck though.

Hitting log up in the morning tomorrow, so I think I’ll try to hit another strong 7x3. Might bump the weight up to 260 or 265 from the previous 250 or 255 I used. Log needs to come along. 300+ will fall before show time.

this workout was meh, log was a bit better this week as I learned to get a bit more comfortable with the cleans and the presses were just as strong, if not a bit stronger than last session. only downside is, the log is still kicking my ASS.

Got in touch with big ol Adam, who’s going to get me a fabricator who can make me a 12" log for <300 dollars.

Next session probably Christmas day, light/heavy (maybe) front squats and some stones.
