Hit a post ACL reconstruction PR on axle deadlifts with a 586lb pull on the Ironmind Apollonās Axle
Iāve pulled 650 on a texas deadlift bar before, but only hit 585 on a smaller axle in a last man standing event, so yay for metric PRs.

Sick pullā¦ out of curiosity what can you pull without straps? The world record for a double overhand axle pull withour straps is much less than thisā¦
Appreciate it dude. No idea on max weight without straps. My last warm-up before I put on straps has me pull 246 for a set of 5. Iāve never tried for anything higher, but pulling it under the Ironmind rules is pretty nuts (fresh polished Apollonās axle).
