Honestly I think it is the finishers of 20 reps. I was stuck for a while where my dead was better than my squat but seems to have corrected itself. With those, hell now I get to go to 275 X 20 that should be interesting. I hope to get to 300 by the end of the year would be cool to be able to do that.

LOL, thank you needed the chuckle this morning. No it alsmost killled me I have a long way to go to feel like I am in shape. We finally after 14 months sold our house this week. So I have had a hard time going to sleep, cause I keep going over plans for the house we close on next week to buy.

I wish it did work, Tylenol PM just has benadryl in it to make you go to sleep, I can take 4 benadryl and still be awake. I worked 14 years night shift so my sleeping cycle has been messed up for years.
