Saturday Yeah Baby (I watched Gold member last night)

Warm-Up 200 m Run, push ups, lunges etc

135 X 10 X Zercher Squat
BW X 12 X Jump Squat
BW X 25 yards X Crab crawl forward (was supposed to down forward and back couldnt hang)
100 Meter SPRINT

3 Rounds for time 14.35 minutes

Monday last week of BF challenge

Warm-Up 400 meter run X 2, sit ups, push-ups, BW squats etc

225 X 15 X DL

135 X 12 X Front Squat

BW X 9 X Roman chair sit-ups

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, completed 3 with an additional 7 reps on DL

Decided I have been sandbagging on the lifts I should do more weight at so time to ramp up some.

Another awesome complex that I have to try, sounds like some exhausting work bro.

^ You know Matty starting to actually not get so winded by doing complexes. This one I actually liked, no running, jump rope and I could work with at least some decent weight. I am going to continue with this for awhile, losing a good % of BF. Wife and other people can tell, plus not as tired all the time. My injuries are also healing up to where my back and shoulder are not killing me all the time. I will change again in a few months of course, never stay on same routine. Keeps me motivated.

W/o a doubt, this complex is kinda the best of both worlds, so decent weight, good rep range too. Im going to try this with my second bb complex next week, instead of F Squats Ill probably go with BB Hack Squats which may be come my new toy, they put my quads on fire with only 135 lbs.

Matty what is a BB hack squat?

I’ve never seen roman chair situps in a CF WOD before. That looked tough but fun.
